Relative contributions and gear used by Deborah Page
∞Deborah Page does all of the song writing. She writes the lyrics, the melody, and has the final say as to how the song will sound. On the album, "for," she did all of the vocals, the 12-string guitar, and even played part of the bass on the song "Crooked" because Paul couldn't figure it out.
∞Paul Uhl handles the other stuff... His first love is the electric guitar. He also plays the bass, drums, and piano. He does all of the producing, mixing, and mastering. Our remastering is done by Pacific Studios, Tacoma, WA.
Φ If you asked Deborah and Paul to sum-up what element is most important to each of them using only one word you would get...
Deborah... "lyrics" Paul... "tone"
It is what each of us bring to the table that makes Deborah Page what it is. If you were to break our music down to it's two most basic and most vital elements, that is what you will have... lyrics and tone.
